My role is to manage the day to day business from the pub and the hotel. I am also in charge of all the administrative tasks; Payroll, ordering, maintenance, replying email...
I have learnt many new skills towards multi-tasking, marketings and other more social information like bullying, FGM...
I really appreciate the interactivity with the trainer and the various access to many websites.
It was a little bit unclear at first but only because they were a lot of information. But it is very well structure and easy to follow.
I haven't ask a lot of support to my employer because the trainer is very helpful and available
I am receiving a lot of support via zoom and it has been really helpful. She has been very reactive to my need and I am very confident that I can succeed
It has been a gold mine of inspiration and has been very helpful.
I am being kept very busy during lock down doing various DIY jobs, But otherwise my works keep me fit and actif.
