On a day to day basis I spend my time working on various projects from valuation reports to the marketing and disposal of development sites. I am in regular contact with my team and various clients.
I have learnt many new skills throughout the apprenticeship from dealing with difficult clients to undertaking development appraisals. I have development my ability to talk to clients and understand their needs to enhance our service.
I enjoy all of my program.
The program is very well structured. I am currently on a rotation in a different department to enhance my knowledge and skills in that sector of the role.
I receive a good amount of support from my employer. They are always willing to help with anything I am not understanding.
I receive a good amount of support from my provider. As we are working from home there is a significant amount of support and material at my fingertips to be able to work towards my qualifications.
As what I am learning at university ties in with the work I am completing in the office, it allows my performance within my role to be enhanced significantly as I have a greater understanding.
There are many different activities outside the office that I have taken part in. Due to the COVID19 outbreak we are currently unable to attend any of these events but previously charity sports events, networking events, social activities etc were all happening regularly.
