I have enjoyed the learning , but I’m struggling with time management

My tutor has done an amazing job fitting around my new role and very understanding of my weakness

Mary, allocates as much or as little as I need

I believe that it will help me with calculations around stocks and a better understanding of leadership

Yes

Whitbread is the only company that I wanted to stay with , previous companies I only ever saw as a stepping stone, where as I joined whitbread with the same mind set and I began to feel I was important , the role I started was housekeeping but was always made to feel that I was valued

I honestly believe it will be the best choice you will ever make
