I work as a receptionist aka front of house team member. I am the first person that a guest sees when checking in and I try to make the best of their guest Journey
I developed skills through the course that I did but Premier Inn are an appalling employer and have personally put me through hell. They have zero understanding of Autism and have penalised me for having a disability. Shocking Company

None. Shocking. I requested reasons adjustments in January 21 and they’ve known I was autistic since starting there. Appalling.
