Housekeeper Review

I’m a housekeeper at the premier inn so I clean rooms to the company’s standard and I also am a room checker so I check other colleagues rooms

I have developed more confidence since working with people and being around members of the public. I also have gained experience in customer service

I do enjoy the programme and am looking forward to getting the qualification at the end of it

I think the programme is very well organised and structured in the best possible way

My employer is very supportive and is always there for a chat if I need some help or guidance

I get all the support I am in need of

I have learnt a lot from doing the programme that I didn’t know before I started it so it helps me on a day to day basis when I’m at work
