  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my programme because there isn’t a massive work load so it is not too overwhelming trying to balance work and personal life. It also makes a massive difference that my regional trainer within the apprenticeship is lovely and easy going.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel that as much as it can help me to think of different ways of doing my job and giving me ideas on how to handle situations, it’s not 100% effective because I have been in this job for 3 years so I find everything quite straight forward.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Whitbread to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • The company is fair and you get discount at a lot of places not just your own place of work because Whitbread owns multiple businesses.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Whitbread?
  • I would tell people to be flexible and friendly and then you’ll be just fine. The rest will fall into place.
