Cleaning rooms, cleaning public areas, auditing other team members rooms, checking room. Sorting linen rooms. Linen counts
Learnt how to perform good linen management. Learnt to have more confidence in myself and my knowledge. Learnt lots in terms of the hospitality industry.
I enjoy learning new skills and knowledge. I enjoy gaining confidence in myself.
Very well structured into easy to follow modules
Not a lot to be honest. Had a lot of issues with no support.
A lot of support is given which i am super pleased with. I am always encouraged to keep learning and striving towards good grade at the end

I would reccomend it to a friend because there are lots of perks to the job. Also they can be a little flexible if you have children.
Be prepared to work hard. Then you get rewarded for the hard work.the work is very satisfying
