My job title is a Trainee associate, and my every day tasks include checking emails, preparing returns and also carrying out other adminastrive tasks with regards to our clients requests
I am currently studying the ATT qualification and I am also carrying out diploma work as part of my apprenticeship, since I have been working for Pwc I have been able to develop my Tax knowledge and further my understanding
I really enjoy working at Pwc because everyone you work with is happy to help you with any queries that you have and there are lots of opportunities for socialising with colleagues. Furthermore the work we do is constant which keeps you busy and always learning.
The first week of my apprenticeship was spent in a hotel for a week woth regards to training. The first day in the office we were given an introduction presentation to give us an idea of what it is like in the office and then we were introduced to our buddy's who were there to support us for the first few months of our careers. We are also given study leave and diploma days to concentrate on our studies.
There are always events available to go to whether it is a social event or voluntary work, all of it can be done and there are opportuities to do this at Pwc.
Yes
I would recommend Pwc because you can embark your career in accountancy with the leading professional services firm in the UK and because the company gives you a chance to develop yourself personally.
