Day to day management of projects, leading and motivating a team of project team members made up of internal and external resource. Planning, co-ordinating and tracking project activity. Ensure that all activities are completed to quality standards Managing project risks and issues Making sure the project is running on time and to budget Managing changes to scope as required Ensuring the project delivers the expected outcomes and benefits
