good course and taught ne things I have know in the passed but a good refresh ad update and a good opportunity to get to a job I wanted, still waiting on my certificate
developed ways of dealing with difficult customers, and learnt more about SMART meters
new areas and refresh old skills I have been rusty on
very clear and well explained use of systems to monitor development and became easier once got used to over time
