  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I manage a 94 room hotel on a daily basis organising both front of house team and housekeeping team,making sure that both teams have the correct training to perform their jobs correctly and safely.i deal with guests complaints/feedback and make sure that any issues are rectified as to keep guests happy and safe.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Have picked up new skills around social media use, maths, english.Mostly learnt how to go about using the tools that my company has available to me to perform at highest level.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Really enjoyed it as i could feel i was learning at every session so it actually made me wanted to progress in my apprenticeship.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very well organised and structured at every session.My trainer was excellent in the way she put things forward to me and took time to make sure i was absorbing everything in before moving on to next stage.

  • All the support i need i have it, best company to work for!

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I received as much support as i needed really.My trainer took her time and was very patient with me as i am 40 years old its not easy to absorb new information but Ulrike made it easy for me.I rhink without her i would’ve struggled alot more and i would want her to be the trainer for my team’s apprenticeships as i know i can trust her 100%!

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It helps me in my day to day running of my hotel and even at home in ways of organising myself.Alot of what i learn is used on a daily basis sometimes even without realising it.

  • Not at moment.

  • Yes

  • In ways of support and mqkibg sure that we have as much knowledge as we want to.Best company i worked for in the way they go about bringing people up from the bottom to the top of the ladder.It is a company that invests in people.I am very proud of working for Premier Inn and i see myself here for the long run.

  • If you want to join a company that values their workers, this is Premier Inn!
