As deputy hotel manager, my role involves the day to day operations of running the business, managing 3 different departments, reception/FOH, Kitchen and Housekeeping
Leaning different types of management styles, enhanced my knowledge of the hospitality industry as a whole.
The program was really good and helped me push my self to learn and up skill
