  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoyed the whole experience a lot. This program was well organized. Because of the Covid situation, I had to do most of my course online which made learning harder, but I have adjusted myself and made it work for me. Overall I can say I had only a positive experience.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My program was clearly defined and well organized. All were scheduled by the provider of the course QA. I had dates of the courses clearly booked well in advance so I was able to organize my time around it. If there was any change made I was informed in advance.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer fully supported my apprenticeship. I had selected working time for the tasks so I could focus on my coursework. Also, my manager allocated me work tasks that directly linked to my apprenticeship. This helped me with my portfolio writing because I used those tasks as examples.

  • My tutor has been very helpful from the beginning. During the first meeting, he gave me all details needed for support. I case I had any issues he always provided the support needed. His attitude towards me was always positive and helpful. I am very happy about the level of support provided.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • On a day-to-day basis, I'm using knowledge gained during the course. I have put most of the theory learned into practice but some of the knowledge I haven't used yet. I hope I will use it in the future. I feel like I learned more about the company and industry.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • EON is a company that organizes various events and activities. Unfortunately during my apprenticeship, there were no events because of the global pandemic.
