my role evolves around customers each day- using online facilities as well offline facilities, I communicate with customers via web chat, emails, will be on the phones soon as well. I index and categorise emails and letters to make sure customers and brokers emails and letters go to the correct department
I have gained more technological skills as working from home and have also experienced what its like to meet people for the first time but not face to face as I normally would. my communication skills have took a massive boost of confidence as well due to communicating via online platforms.
I enjoy my programme because I am learning something new everyday and if I don't know something I can get support and assistance so quickly and efficiently. I enjoy the tasks I face as I feel important whilst doing them. I like the hours I work also 9 to 5 is great
my programme is extremely organised- I always have a point of contact everyday every week if im stuck with anything so I don't struggle - my manager is always there to help as much as he can and there is always something for me to do every day which makes al my days very productive.
I receive a lot of support from my employer whether that's from my colleagues , my buddy, my mentor, my trainer, my manager/s. it is great to know I have all this support within my employer when I am growing into my new job role. I love this job
I do receive quite a lot of support from my training provider but it is always hard to get in touch with them as I am always busy and so are they- there isn't a time slot in everyday where I can contact them to get support but when I do speak to my trainer the support and assistance is always top quality level.
every bit of information I get from my trainer within my training provider helps me in my monthly work with them and in my job role also as It links to my everyday work , my day to day basis daily activities- customer service which is the key and main them of my apprenticeship
not at the moment no as due to the current circumstances- covid 19. but im sure when everything is back to normal then there will be and im 110% sure I will take part in them which ones I fancy as I love to do extra curricular activities within work its great!
