  • I enjoy my job a lot as every day is different working with different people in different places

  • Very well structured with regular review periods and support from the assessors

  • My employer gives me a great deal of support with regular reviews and study days to ensure we are on track

  • My assessor ensures I am on track with my NVQ work during regular calls and helps where needed

  • It gives a sense of achievement knowing you are working towards gaining a qualification along side the payrise
