Checking safe, checking guests in answering the phone. Checking guests out, dealing with enquiries

To begin with I didn't enjoy it, because I was swapping and changing tutors. Once I had a permanent tutor I was a lot happier
In the beginning it wasn't very structured at all. I didn't have regular contact with a tutor. Near to the end my tutor was calling me on a regular basis.

Knowing that I passed my qualifications with a distinction it as given me confidence in my job and myself
