  • Checking safe, checking guests in answering the phone. Checking guests out, dealing with enquiries

  • I know how to clear lapsed deposits now and how to bank charity money

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • To begin with I didn't enjoy it, because I was swapping and changing tutors. Once I had a permanent tutor I was a lot happier

  • In the beginning it wasn't very structured at all. I didn't have regular contact with a tutor. Near to the end my tutor was calling me on a regular basis.

  • Lots of support from employer.

  • Lots of support near the end.

  • Knowing that I passed my qualifications with a distinction it as given me confidence in my job and myself

  • Not at the moment due to Covid

  • Yes

  • They are a very good company to work for. Any problems they will try their best to help you as much as they can

  • Just be yourself and always tell the truth
