My role overall is to make sure the guests are safe during the night as well as providing assitance and great customer service when needed.
How to deal with complaints better as well as listening more and developing customer service skills.
That it is always insightful. You always learn new things.
Very well organised. It's structures in modules that are necessary in daily life as well as materials that helf develop your knowledge and skills.
I know I can always rely on my Manager to give me assistance and guide me in the right way when I need it.
The training providers are always available a phone call away when I have any questions or need assistance with anything which in my opinion is very helpful and you never feel lost or left out.
I feel that training in depth into this particular role can open up your point of view and gives you more insight withing the industry and how it actually operates from a different perspective.
Due to the current circumstances there are not any said ongoing activities but when times are more certain I am pretty sure there will be plenty of opportunities to have many activities of the kind.

Because the company is always very thoughtful when it comes to their employees and they always make sure that they offer anything you need for your self development and they always make sure you are happy and safe.
Never be afraid to speak up. If you have any ideas people will always be happy to listen to you as team work is always valued.
