It is really enjoyable and my personal trainer is amazing. Nothing is too much bother for her and it helps me a great deal. It also allow me to develop way of thinking like forward think or reflective practice who helps me in my day to day work.
It is really well structured/organised. The online program is easy to follow, very thorough and very useful, especially during this pandemic/lockdown time. Every single part is extremely thorough in the learning, the check your knowledge tests help you making sure you read/understood everything properly and it is overall extremely helpful.
My employer is extremely helpful with the whole process. They helped me by letting me do things outside of what I am expected to do to help with my apprenticeship, never hesitate to take time, when possible, to help me understand something or explain some processes that I do not grasp yet.
My trainer is always available if I need her. Always understanding and extremely helpful overall. She can be joined easily and always explains thoroughly what need to be done, what is expected and why. She also helps by providing or recommending certain classes that would be an advantage for me. She is really easy to work with.
A lot of things and techniques I have learned helps me dealing better with situations that have arises. It also made me more conscious about the cost of products and services for my workplace, and helps me searching for way to be more efficient and how to save money on products like chemicals or POS.
There are normally quite a few activities at the workplace such as events to help charities like GOSH that can be anything from running, group walking, dance events, crowdfunding and plenty of other of extra activities that help with the team building. Unfortunately all of this was on hold due to Covid.
Yes
It's a pretty inclusive workplace with real opportunities to get up the ladder if you so desire, without ever being forceful in pushing you into something you don't want to do.the work perks are very good with reward cards and discount in Premier Inn businesses and great ppl working inside
Be yourself, do not hesitate to apply regardless of your background because Premier Inn is quite open on who they employ, make sure to be honest, and hard working as hospitality is always a very demanding business, make sure that you love contact with customers and put on your best smile.
