Welcoming guests to the hotel making sure their stay is exceeding expectations of premier inn allocating rooms with specific needs of the guests eg. If guest requires room on ground floor or with a bath or in need of an accessible room.
Developed my skills to make me more knowledgeable of the company and what it requires as a receptionist, helping management with health and safety aspects. Helping my team in different departments when needed
Enjoy my programme as it has made me more confident in myself and that it has pushed me to learn more
Very organised and structured, nicola has been fantastic with helping me gain more focus and understanding of the programme
Receive a lot of support from my employer especially throughout the past year in the worldwide pandemic

I feel more confident in myself and my manager has also seen this and I am very grateful to be given the opportunity to know more about the company and my job role and what it entails

It is a very loving company to work for. Not only do they look after guests but also staff too. The past year has taught me that, especially when everyone was worried about their mental health and wages, they added to the furlough pay by topping it up and have given numbers and support Teams for mental health
