I serve guests, greet them and clean their rooms.i follow the brand standarts for the cleanliness and room set ups.all areas must be hygenic clean. I talk with guests to find out if everything is ok and if there is any place for improvement.its very important to get this guest to return again.
No,not at the moment.it is some areas where i would like to improve as i bieve that every person who works in our hotel musy be confident in every departament. At the moment im confident in rooms and restaurant but olso i would like to learn reception
It is a very good experience.i have found out some new stuff, like from other points, like legal points.some people still work and do not know their rights and do not know what is legal.it is very important to understand it.i love my job and iam very excited to learn more
I think it is organised well.sometimes i feel that i have to look into more details than a housekeeper actually needs.but like i mentioned earlier, its very good to b3 confident in every departament.this is very difficult time as i have not had chance to see my mentor in person.
I am not sure what support i have to mention.there is no support.if i can mention that my manager is always there to help and head house keeper is always happy to help but i cant think about any other support.if i ask any questions, they try to answer but its not very often
My mentor is always available and if i need anything i can contact het any time but as the times are difficult and there is no chance to meet in person its difficult to think about all things what i need when we are on the call.but she supports me well
I am very nice and open person and being positive comes from me naturally and im sure the guests are being treated in our hotel by the best.i cant say that i have learned a lot bit it is some things witch have shown me what exactly needs to be done and i can clearly see if somebody is being wrong.
No.i have been in company for few yers before my kids and now im back for a year and no,i have not had experience nothing like that.we have organised few hampers to collect money for GOSH bit nothing more.if i understand this question right ,than i cant think about any
Yes
This is very tricky question.because you have to like your job and you have to want to work for Whitbread to work there.as the company they are doing everything perfectly fine and everybody is treated well,so i cant say nothing bad,im very happy and proud to work here.
First and most important thing is to want to work in hospitality.it means that you have to like what you do and you have to want to go an extra mile if necessery for our guests to make them feel at home and make them want to come back more and more
