seeing to customers needs, cash handling, ensuring health and safety check are completed. As well as fire safely is completed. Making sure all team are fully prepared for they’re shifts. Completing staff rotas and liaising with restaurant staff about table bookings and breakfast numbers. Over seeing house keeping on the day to days
I have learnt different managing skills
It’s was an easy work load and I felt comfortable with my tutor.
Due to Covid it was a different Experience to what I thought it would it be. I felt the structure lacked at first but then it came together near the end.
My line manger has been very supportive throughout my experience.
I felt very supported even when we changed trainer half way through
