Software Developer, im working in a web development team who focus on making mobile applications. I am the scrum master of this team so i hold meetings daily and delegate work to other apprentices.
I have learnt many skills i am currently working toward a level 4 diploma which includes a foundation degree at northumbria university, however the real learning comes from my day to day work where i have become a competent web developer
I really enjoy the work i do and the way the company works, You can have many different roles within the company so you dont get bored of your day to day tasks
Yes, i have been involved in multiple projects and recieved regognition for the work which i have completed.
When joining you get an induction to do object oriented programming which gets you ready for your day to day role. Outside of this there are multiple training courses which you can do by choice as well as working towards your qualification
i get all the relevant supported needed to complete my qualifications
There are many company schemes which offer great support
Salary is very competitive for an apprenticeship however day to day living on minimum wage is a struggle
There are many events in the cobalt business park where we are located as well as multiple oppitunites through the company

I have done previous apprenticeships and worked in many different jobs where you are not valued, however accenture treat there staff brilliantly and you always feel the benefit
