As a NTM I am responsible for the safety of the guests as well as making sure all the daily tasks that support the day team are done. I am also resonspible in running the systems onto the new business day and cashing all the tills in.
Working for Premier Inn as well as being part of an apprenticeship always gives you the opportunity to learn something new every day as well as develop your existing skills.
I really enjoy the programme because I have all the support I need in order to progress, a lot of materials to learn and practice tools to use and that is everything you need to develop yourself.
I would say that the programme is really well structured because it provides you with all the information you need for your apprenticeship and there always help on the line when you feel a little lost.
My employer is always supportive and always makes sure everything is going smoothly as well as supporting me whenever I need it. I know I can always count on the help of my employer at all times which gives me alot of confidence to keep going and progress.
I can honestly say that all the trainers I have come across have been nothing but supportive and helpful. They always make sure you have everything you need and that your learning path is always designed to fit your learning style and that you are never missing out on anything.
This qualification gives you in depth insight on how the business actually works and gives you a better understanding on how to successfully do your job as well as enjoying it.
Due to current circumstances at the moment there are not any such activities going on but I am certain that once the opportuinity arises there will be plenty of them happening.
