I work as a nights receptionist at Premier Inn, I have to greet and check guests in, I also have to answer the telephone to deal with any queries and I have to maintain the cleanliness of the reception and surrounding area.
I have gained a lot of confidence in my role by speaking to guests face to face and over the telephone. I have also gained new skills by using a computer system which I was not too familiar with before starting Premier Inn.
I really enjoy the programme. You are given plenty of useful information to work with and the questions you get given are really simple to follow. My trainer [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] is very helpful and answers any questions I have and is always fast to respond to help as best as she can.
The programme is very easy to follow with plenty of information to help you to proceed to your next topic.
My employer is very helpful when I ask her for advice and questions. I always get a fast and detailed response.
My training provider is very helpful. Whenever I have any questions or advice, she is always fast to respond and she also gives me feedback on every meeting.
I feel as though this programme has helped me to gain more skills and new knowledge which gives me more confidence and helps me to perform better at work. It has also shown me how specific things are important in hospitality which I did not know before.

I would recommend Premier Inn to a friend as I feel as though it is a great opportunity to grow and gain promotions. The team at Premier inn are also very welcoming and supportive.
If you are looking for a long-term career within hospitality then Premier inn is a great company to work for as you can build your way up and the apprenticeship that they offer is so beneficial for gaining new skills.
