I work in a hotel, Premier Inn and my role is basically focused on keeping the quality of the shift including the team satisfaction. Also I am facing the front life of the business which includes supporting any job needed such as reception, bar, restaurante, meeting rooms and breakfast service.
Yes, specially about team management and planning my goals. The course is giving so much theory instructions which are helping me to face situations with different points of view, adding so much quality to my results. I have just not developed features that I already had but also new ones.
I really fully enjoy the course. It has made me feel so much more prepare and confidant when facing difficult situations, or introducing new subjects which eventually really helped me to understand new tasks more easily at work. Having the opportunity to learn the theory about the variety of things I have been learning, it has been a huge extra factor to me.
It is extremely organized and didactic, every content is directed to the right moment and it can be easily found. Also the quality of the material in terms of how it has been structured by the plataforma and formats is really handy and makes the experience really intuitive and pleasant.
I receive one hundred percent of incentive. My line managers are always totally available to help whenever I need and they are very supportive with all the activities and flexibility of time that sometimes the course might require. Any material I may need to complete activities such as paper, and stationery items are available without any costs to me.
My training provider is always really supportive. She is always getting in touch to check on me and see how much progress I have achieved and to ask if there is something that I need help with. Also she is always really understanding with any of my struggles, always willing to help me going through those in the best way.
The knowledge and results that I have been achieved during my course clearly show how much improving my qualifications reflects positively on my daily basis results. Any new knowledge adds something to my professional profile as well as to my performance, helping me to become more confident and certain of how to execute my role better.
Yes, every now and then we try to creat professional moments outside the work site. We usually go for meals or some activity such as bowling were we can get closer to the other people and developers a stronger link to the people we work with. It helps us to achieve a greater result as a team.
Yes
The company clearly does everything possÃvel focused on make the employee experience memorable and happy. I fell part of a family and by my point of view that is a such point to be considered when it comes to decide where I am working and which company I am committed to.
We could have some implementations in terms of training for the general team, not just to the management team. I think it could elevate the level of quality of the whole team by creating a different sense in these people in terms of the importance of delivering a service of quality and with commitment.
