My role is to clean the hotel rooms to brand standard including things like making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning the bathrooms and emptying bins and making sure tea and coffee is available and clean cups and make sure that the communal areas and linen rooms are kept clean and tidy also.
I have learnt more about the business side of my company I work for such as how advertising works and how company’s promote there product to get more customers and profit.i am also taking maths and English classes to help me and finding them really useful also too
I do enjoy the programme as I do want to better myself and gain some qualifications.only thing I would honestly say is that it takes up a lot of time having classes to do if you got them all close together with juggling a job and home life.
I do really find that the programme is organised and whenever I am meant to receive a phone call it’s all ways on time and I think it’s very good how everythink is online and easy to access and use the websites to complete the apprenticeship the easiest u can .
I have not really done much of the apprenticeship At work because of covid 19 but when something as come up about it then I know I can contact my manager if there is a issue or somethink work related about the apprenticeship and they will help me with any problems
I have received a lot of support when I have had meetings with my trainer and anythink I don’t understand if I exsplain this then she is very helpful and talk me through any work that I have to access online and I’m not sure about as sometimes need reassurance
I feel like I know more about the business then I did before I done the apprenticeship and how things effects sales and effects customers views and loyalty on the company and also what makes a customer come back and about the company’s reputation and what damages it too
No there isn’t
Yes
I think it’s a good company to work for and it’s got a good reputation
