  • I am the front of house/ receptionist at Kidderminster/ Hagley. I greet guests, check them in and deal with any enquiries from guests face to face or by telephone. I am also responsible for checking rooms once housekeeping have finished.

  • Yes I am learning more checks on Co-pilot and Genie

  • I am really enjoying the course so far

  • Very well organised. Lots of learning programmes attached to it

  • My training provider is excellent. I have many ways of getting in touch and she always responds promptly
