Mainly checking in people and dealing with reservation inquiries.Making sure everything is been followed by companies finance policies . Managing shift , doing hand overs and dealing with complaints. Serving drinks at bar and serving guests in restaurant , when f&b is up and running for service that is. That’s pretty much it
I use to lack the confidence talking on the phone with guests/customers, due to lack of my knowledge and not knowing everything. By doing more reception shifts and learning more about this department. It made me improve my people skills in person and over the phone . Which is very useful on daily basis
It makes me learn new things and how to be better at my job . Which is very important to me
Everything simple and well organised. Haven’t had any issues with this programme at all
If I need anything my employer is there for me . Always assigns me with new tasks , which makes me learn more .
Due to COVID-19 nothing at the moment .
Yes
It’s a great place to work and progress
Be ready to learn a lot
