I manage and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns for our loyalty programme, working with many stakeholders and creative agencies to deliver campaigns across print, social, CRM campaigns.
Built confidence in presenting.
The mentor sessions are really valuable and the workshops are enjoyable.
The admin side of the programme is not very well organised. Tasks are confusing or mis-assigned which can lead to inefficient use of time.
Amazing for them to fund the programme, in reality it is hard to get support to spend so much of your working day on the apprenticeship vs. your daily workload.
Mentor support has been invaluable and really clear.
