I am working as receptionist at the Premier Inn hotel. I do check in and out guess, support them with extra pillows, coffees, teas, and fresh towels. I also take any reservation, pick up phone. And complete reports.
I did develop existing skills, I have learned knowledge which already knew but with more details.
It was easy, interesting and great refresher of knowledge.

Some. I am really self organise and I didn’t want to ask for any support as I wanted to do everything on my own.
My tutor was very supporting, understanding and motivating.
I feel more confident in my day to day activities.
