The role is based on customer care processing. We have to provide in a professional way information about the services which Company offer, and also we have the duty to be 100 % responsible for what kind of services we deliver and to try to focus on developing yourself.

I like that the traning try to build a wall with confidence for what we are doing, and to be active on our activities.
