As Assistant Manger I run the team on a day to day basis, support my DM & GM by completing any tasks they ask me to do, support team development and complete compliance records.
I have learnt how to manage a project, I have developed my communication skills as well as my understanding of business finance
I am enjoying learning new things and developing my skills
My trainer has been very well organised in booking me onto workshops and monthly meetings
I do receive quite a bit of support from my manger and he supports my development
