My role as a reception team member is to check our guests into their room and be there for their needs during their stay with us. Also to complete my reception jobs alongside so making sure all cups and cloths have been cleaned.
Haven't learnt any new skills yet but developed a lot of existing skills through putting my brain back to work with assignments and assessments.
I am enjoying my programme :)
Very well organised and structured
Heaps! I'm being fully supported by them :)
Again also heaps! Always there to help when I have any queries about anything :)
I believe it will help me become alot more confident in my role as a reception team member. I will gain more information and that will help aid my confidence.

Yes
They are a fair company and have treated me well in the nearly 7 years I've been employed with them.
To perhaps have a long term goal and ask for opportunities to help you progress in your role because there are plenty working with Whitbread.
