I have learnt many new skills as well as developed existing skills I had.
I enjoyed the programme it helped me understand my job role and process better.
it was well put together and structured in a way that it was not to overwhelming.
We are supported well with days off to work to wards the NVQ.
I received as much help as I needed as they would be at the end of a phone call or email if needed.
I think it helps performance as it gives you confidence that you can do the job.
