Meeting and greeting customers, answering any queries they may have, taking calls and sending emails, daily checks in line with covid. Checking in and out guests, housekeeping cleaning rooms in line with brand standards, setting up trolleys/rooms. Checking stock levels filling out all relevant paperwork.
Alot more confident in every aspect of my job roles.
