  • Meeting and greeting customers, answering any queries they may have, taking calls and sending emails, daily checks in line with covid. Checking in and out guests, housekeeping cleaning rooms in line with brand standards, setting up trolleys/rooms. Checking stock levels filling out all relevant paperwork.

  • Very much enjoying learning or recapping on things I do daily. Great way to keep refreshed
