I have developed my organisation skills Time management skills Team working Skills
I Love my programme, i feel like i have developed so much within these past few months, even thought i don't get to have the full experience because i stated my traineeship during the pandemic, they have really made it a effort for me to really get the full experience.
Very, from day 1 we all get timetable for the start of the programme, so you know where you are going, who you are going to meet and still till these day they continue the same structure.
from the first day you are allocated with a buddy, so for me personally that has been helpful, but i also have my team, my line manger and also my trainee cohort, so i feel very supported.
so with my qualification u get a lot of support my manger commanded me time in which i should do my qualification and also open a way for me to let her know if the work is getting to much that i cant focus on my qualification and that has been extremely helpfull
My qualification, in summary has been about introducing me to the world of finance and Investment, so this help me understand a lot of the jargon that is said during meeting or presentation.
Yes, because we are in lock down their are mostly held on zoom or Microsoft but they are a lot of extra curricular activities that is being done mostly every week, its a brilliant way to network as well
