To ensure significant progress is made while enrolled in the graduate apprenticeship scheme it is important to consistently monitor and edit learning plans which are important in linking the theory learned throughout different modules to practice in the work place. This will help in having a suitable learning plan at the end of each module.
Enhanced learning of different business divisions and how each division contributes to the overarching company goals. In doing so communication skills have been enhanced while reaching out to different divisions within the business.
The programme has been extremely enjoyable
The course is structured very well have one all day session for each module which allows for face to face interaction with lecturers. The deadlines for assessment are clear and each year has followed similar sturcture.
My employer is aware of my participation in the programme and fully supports this by giving me time when needed.
Receive great support from RGU, lecturers are always helpful and on hand to help.
The course has enabled me to have a wider scope of company goals which i can now work towards rather than solely working towards my team or department objectives.
Charity work is offered - been difficult to organise due to Covid-19

Come in with an open mind and do not be scared to encourage change in systems or processes as the company is currently going through so much change and looking for the best streamlined approach.
