very well structured - tried, tested and successful programme with many apprentices who have successfully secured a job at AZ now :)
Alot of support all round, from mentors, fellow employees, manager and university. Guidance and help given - regular catch up meetings and discussions
Alot of support, though it has been slightly different adapting to the university teaching under covid circumstance
Very well, helps me develop day to day at work and at uni aswell!
yes lots of groups, networks and social activities to be getting involved in. Onsite gym aswell!
