yes presentation skills, building confidence. networking with others and team work

great, loving it so far!

very well structured - tried, tested and successful programme with many apprentices who have successfully secured a job at AZ now :)

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

Alot of support all round, from mentors, fellow employees, manager and university. Guidance and help given - regular catch up meetings and discussions

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Alot of support, though it has been slightly different adapting to the university teaching under covid circumstance

Very well, helps me develop day to day at work and at uni aswell!

yes lots of groups, networks and social activities to be getting involved in. Onsite gym aswell!

- be yourself - expression your passions and say how they can contribute to a company like AZ - focus on skills that will help you develop eg resilience, determination and how you can work in a team.
