I am currently in my first year of my apprenticeship which involves me going to IPS International and learning basic skills that will help me when I start on site.
Yes I have learnt lots of new skills all of which have helped me gain engineering knowledge.
I find the programme very good. It is very involved but I enjoy this as it means I learn new stuff everyday.
I feel the first year of my programme has been very well structured and has enabled me to gain a vast set of skills already.
I receive lots of support from my employer, although this has been difficult during the current pandemic I feel the support they have given me has been excellent.
I receive lots of support, there is always someone to speak to if I need to find out some information for my coursework.
Since beginning at IPS I have learnt lots of skills most of which I had no knowledge of before starting, this will help me when I start on site as I will have a basic knowledge of tasks I am required to perform.
Yes, there is a social club which anybody can be involved in, they plan events such as visiting plays and family days.

So far it has been an excellent company to work for, everyone is very supportive and I have not had any issues since starting.
