I take calls or webchats depending on my schedule 5 days a week. I talk customers through the process they need to follow to do specific tasks within their software. I also talk through customers how to fix problems or mistakes they have made and escalate problems to the developers if required. I also take onboard customers suggestions and pass them to our developers to see if they could implement them.

I love Sage. I never thought I'd love my job as much as I do. Everyone is so kind, caring and will do anything they can to help you. Customers are lovely and would highly recommend Sage to anyone looking for a job!
It's very well organised - day release once a fortnight for college and the rest of the time at work doing the job day to day.
A huge amount! Especially during lockdown.
Again, a huge amount - always on hand to see if we need any help.
It does, because we can review what we are doing and work on a plan to get better moving forward each time we meet.

They are incredibly supportive and everyone is so lovely.
