Supporting customers over the phone with technical queries surrounding processing payroll and accounts
Communication skills using different medias, built my self confidence, built upon my friendly attitude, became more organised and self motivated
I really enjoy it, the support they have given me throughout my apprenticeship is amazing! Despite lockdowns it has been amazing
Its really organised, throughout the 18 months i have known exactly what i was doing

Its a really good company to work for, the apprenticeship programmes are so fun and supportive and there's usually opportunities for progression
