In my role, our main goal is to have a great CSAT score (customer satisfaction) this means i am constantly looking for ways to improve our help content and promoting it in different ways.
I have developed and gained many new skills such as, working independently, communication and decision making.
I enjoy my program, however it has been a struggle to do my full program whilst working from home.
My program is good however sometimes the college work i must complete is very difficult to relate back to my job role like it should.
I receive a great amount of support from my employer as well as other people from my team.
I receive a great amount of support from my tutor when needing help with assignments.
In the beginning my course massively helped me in my role, such as understanding organisations and their aims etc. However as the course went on i found it more difficult to relate m course to my job role at times.
We can get involved with foundation days however it's very difficult to do considering the circumstances.

I think there's great opportunities within sage and is a great way to get your career to where you want it to be. The people also make the experience working at Sage amazing!
No question is a silly question, and always ask for help, no one will judge you for it!
