Analysing and interpretatinf data to resolve Postmaster and formers applications into the stamp scheme.
Everyday I am coaching someone to understand data which improves my confident and my better understanding of that everyone learns differently.
Learning the news skills and development myself career wise.
My programme is broke down into a itinerary of what I need to do by certain dates which make me more focused.
I am always receiving support and the time out needed to complete my apprenticeship.
My trainer provider if always at the other end of the phone if needed.
I learnt more about resilience and realised I can't change everything that in front of me. I learnt about empathy and that everyone needs to feel apart of a team. I built confidence in trainong and mentoring which has now led to two others joining the scheme.
We currently have social nights every month which supports mental health.
Yes
You wouldn't get a better opportunity elsewhere. Never been help so much with my developement and being able to do other tasks that I am interested in.
