  • Really enjoyable and relevant to my career

  • Very structured approach have had to adapt to remote sessions but they have been great

  • My immediate line manager is very supportive and allows me 2 -4 days a month to complete my assessments

  • Always there when I need them

  • Gives me a greater understanding of how I can add value to branches that I work with, has made me look at how I interact with people.

  • In normal times we would meet as a team but currently we are adapting to a more remote way of interaction

  • Good support, clear consise approach

  • To take the lead from the trainer you are assigned, ask questions to clarify anything you are unsure of and to just go for it.
