  • I have the best support from Post Office Limited who go out of their way to provide me with everything I need to help me with my course and ensuring I have the time I need to deliver my course units

  • Avado have been really good! My tutor was so supportive and gave lots of his time to explain things

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Yes certainly helps me perform better in my People role as I now have a better understanding of our people

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes - mainly virtual now due to the pandemic but post Office Limited have a great Wellbeing Program for all of its employees to take advantage of and we all often take part in group Team meetings and Quiz events to break up the loneliness of home working

  • Yes

  • Post Office has been an exceptional caring employer. I have worked for them for 30 years. In that time they have continually provided professional accredited training on numerous topics, have always been approachable and understanding of any problems we may be experiencing either professionally or personally especially now with COVID


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Post Office?
  • Post Office are the best Employers- they always invest in Training & Development of its people, and go over and above with their support, encouragement & motivation of all its staff and subpostmasters especially during the recent pandemic. I am very fortunate to work for such a great company!
