Installing and configuring computer systems 2. Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults 3. Logging customer/employee queries 4. Analysing call logs to spot trends and underlying issues
I have learned new basic coding skills. Basic HTML skills aren’t nearly as intimidating to understand as some telephone book-sized manuals would suggest. Learning how web pages are built could come in handy the next time a job application asks me if I have any design experience. It is always great to have new skills in hand.
I'm enjoying the programme a lot. As the course is IT, which I always wanted to do. Because I never went to university or have a degree and a qualification I choose this apprenticeship programme. So far I love my day to day job and I want to continue grow within the sector.
Very well.
All the support i need.
Not very much.
Helps a lot.
Networking events.
Yes
There are so many opportunities at Sage. Even for someone like me who did not have any experience in IT but Sage provided this apprenticeship programme and allowed me to work for them, which got me all the skills and experience I have today. I'm very grateful for this great opportunity and I would definitely recommend Sage to my friends and family.
Be confident and be yourself. Work hard and you will be able to thrive.
