Usually I am updating/ manipulating excel documents in order to produce reports for consultants.
I am much better at excel than i used to be, and i am confident talking to senior staff
The program is challenging but manageable. I think that overall it is a good place to be in order to achieve a better job within the company later.
The program is structured well overall but has seen some issues with the exam board on numerous occasions although this is not Mercer's fault it has impacted the professionalism program.
Mercer are very willing to help and have been very good at accommodating leanring and study time within the program.
The training provider has been good overall but did have some Covid related issues with regards to furlow of our usual contact.
I gain a better understanding of how the industry works and that helps me to do my job in a better way.
There are but everything has been cancelled on the basis of Covid.
Yes
Good working environment, if your work gets done and targets are hit then there is a good level of flexibility to change hours within a certain set of rules. The company also has a good payscale and is very good for an apprenticeship.
Know the difference between DB and DC schemes and be yourself.
