Majority of the skills I need to have, I learned and was taught from working within in the department.
I enjoy the programme, it has taught me a lot of new academic theory and it allow allows me to practice the theory in the workplace. It has taught me how to manage my time better as I work and study full time.
Very well organised, we are provided a calendar at the beginning of each academic year and everything is planned out for us.
My employer is very supportive, we are assigned a mentor to help and when you do need to reach out to different departments for more information everyone is more than willing to help.
The training provided fully pays for the studies and ensures that the university are encouraging work based learning.
It has given me much more knowledge about a lot of different areas of our organisation, i feel more confident in knowledge and experience and it has also improved by writing skills from a business perspective.
There are lots of extra-curricular activities. Networking events are thoroughly encouraged and are held very regular.
