I have to manage the branch performance, maintain the business standards, support and motivate staff to maintain the service standards to their excellence. My day to day activities includes: - Constructive feedback to staff through observations. - Business policies and compliance are being followed by everyone. - Queries by customers are promptly handled.
Developed existing skills such as, - understand staff members first before planning for their personal development. - to continuously motivate team members to bring their best. - to make sure each staff member understands the business priority clearly. - to address customers issues carefully as every customer is different.
I can feel the change within my team after implementing the behaviors and activities that I have gathered from the program. It fulfilled my purpose and met the needs of the team towards achieving the business objectives and goals. I can clearly see that my team member enjoys their work.
In a gist the program supported in my growth. I have to mention that the trainer guided me in a well structured way and synchronized with my business activities.
I have received full support and guidance from my Manager all through the course.
The trainer was excellent and provided full support during the course. I have to mention here that the guidance was effective as my trainer could understand easily my expectations.
As I have mentioned earlier, I am applying some of the things that I have learnt and implied on my day to day activity with positive results. I am now far more confident not only in managing people but to find ways out to bring positive results to the business.
Due to COVID I have restricted myself to get involved on other activities at the moment. Maybe in the future to participate in any voluntary initiatives.
