Assisting the General manager with the day to day running of the restaurant on the bar, ensuring company standards are met by all staff, hiring and training new staff.
Learning to manage people, learning to manage financial objectives
I enjoy the program as everything I am learning can be adapting in my day to day working life
Very! the program is broken down into bite sized chunky so I can concentrate on sections before moving on to the next
My General Manager is very supportive and gives me the time and support i need to complete the tasks set my training advisor
My training advisor is very supportive and delivers the qualification very well
Even though I feel I do have lots of experience, the qualification has given me areas which I feel I need to develop and focus on
Currently I am on furlough so haven't had the chance to participate, however there are plenty of these activities available to us through Marstons
